Founders: All are on your side!

You don’t have to put yourself on any side.

All are on your side.

Let me explain what I mean by this.👇

When each Founder starts up. They find their set of :
believers
supporters
customers
mentors/coaches
incubators/ accelerators
angels
investors
and more

And, Founders also find a world out there that is least bothered about what we are doing.

That’s when Founders start to choose sides based on who they perceive on their side.
Sounds perfectly fine.

But it is not.

Entrepreneurship is a long journey. What made sense today may not make sense tomorrow. Who’s on your side today (as you perceive) might not remain so tomorrow.
What will remain true is that you need many doors to be opened in the journey.

Therefore, if you start putting yourself on one side of
👉Treating your customer well vs. not hearing the need of probable customers
👉Sharing your updates with your investors vs. not sharing those who haven’t joined but may join your next round/ appreciate your work
👉Asking help from your current coaches/advisors vs. hence not open to hearing a few more excellent ones out there too
👉Putting yourself in one set of ecosystems enablers hence thinking not to outreach more
👉…
👉…
👉And many such side-taking views.

It may work for you.
You may have perfect going.

But
The game is not to close your worldview by limiting your side-view.

The game continues to win many people from many sides.

⧻Including
Those who couldn’t be your
believers
supporters
customers
mentors/coaches
incubators/ accelerators
angels
investors
and more

They are not on your opposite side. They are there whenever you need them. So that sort of mindmap is what you need.✌️

Keep outreaching them.
Keep sharing with them.
All are on your side.

Thanks for reading. You’re most welcome to share feedback/comments.
