Question people on their productivity. Don’t micro-manage, let them discover their potential.

Run the team like a sports team, and not as a family.

Lean is a happy marathon. Bloating kills the pace.

If the market is not big, change to go after a big market. If the product doesn’t offer more value, change to add value. Aim to make a global impact.
